I am in-network with AETNA insurance only. If you have health insurance, contact them before booking your appointment and ask about lactation coverage and your out-of-network benefits. I will provide you with a "superbill”, which is a receipt you can use to claim reimbursement with your health insurance company. You can also pay the visit fee with your FSA/HSA card. However, if you use an FSA/HSA card, you cannot apply for reimbursement with your health insurance company. HEALTH INSURANCE
Under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), health insurance plans should cover "breastfeeding support, counseling and equipment for the duration of breastfeeding [...] before and after birth." I will give you a receipt ("Superbill") that you can use to request reimbursement with your health care plan directly. I cannot guarantee your provider will accept the claim.
